We are looking for Inspection Technicians who would be responsible for testing and reporting deficiencies of systems they test. We provide technical support for customers in upstate New York and Vermont for Fire Alarm / Security and Nurse Call Systems. In this full-time role you will join our Service Team testing and inspecting fire alarm / fire suppression systems at various customer locations. You will identify system problems, and report findings. You will learn how to trouble shoot and repair various life safety systems. This job visits multiple customers each week, your goal is to create timely reports, deliver customer satisfaction, and to work safely. We look for those with a professional attitude who can deliver outstanding customer service. Team players who pay attention to detail are great traits to have for this role. Ideal candidates must possess the following in order to perform the functions of the job:

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED). •drive and dependability • Solid Verbal communication skills needed to accurately describe problems and communicate with customers •able to work with tools, ladders, follow safety guidelines, able to lift up to 40 pounds

Position details:

• Work alongside experienced service technicians
• Help perform system checks.
• Learn how to troubleshoot fire alarm systems.
• Will gain knowledge of fire alarm, clean agent systems, and fire suppression systems.
• Goal of becoming a Service Technician with a Company Truck

In this full-time role you will join our Service Team repairing and installing fire alarm / Security and Card Access systems at various customer locations. You will identify system problems, and report findings. You will install and check out various systems. This job visits multiple customers each week, your goal is to create timely reports, deliver customer satisfaction, and to work safely. We look for those with a professional attitude who can deliver outstanding customer service. Team players who pay attention to detail are great traits to have for this role. Ideal candidates must possess the following in order to perform the functions of the job:

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED).
• Two (2) years of technical experience preferred but not necessary.
• Solid Verbal communication skills needed to accurately describe problems and communicate with customers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
